A globally exponentially stable position observer for interior permanent magnet synchronous motors

چکیده

The design of a position observer for the interior permanent magnet synchronous motor is challenging problem that, in spite many research efforts, remained open long time. In this paper we present first globally exponentially convergent solution to it, assuming that saliency not too large. As expected all tasks, persistency excitation condition imposed. Conditions on operation motor, under which it verified, are given. particular, shown at rotor standstill – when system observable possible inject probing signal enforce persistent condition. high performance proposed observer, and speed regions, verified by extensive series test-runs an experimental setup.
